Company mentors are the professionals (plumbing and electrical) who conduct the in-company training for apprentices when they are working 3 weeks a month in the different companies. We hosted mentors from different companies including ; @DavisandShirtliff @Eastafricancables @Mehtaelectricals , @Alliedplumbers etc for a training and among the activities was to understand what apprentixes are learning in school to ensure it matches the industry needs.
