Shimano GRX has gone 12 speed, and that’s a good thing. It’s updates provide a lot of things gravel cyclists have asked for: a choice of wide (and wider!) range one-by cassettes, more two-by drivetrains with an 11-36t cassette, and gravel-specific lever ergonomics.
