Save and Share my recipe for Salmon Crispy Rice! Start with two cups of cooked short grain sushi rice, add about 2 tsps of rice vinegar then press flat and refrigerate for two hours. Cut the rice into squares and fry in avocado oil 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Dice up 6 ounces of salmon and add 2 tbsp of mayo, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sriracha. a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds. Mix the salmon and top on crispy rice and add sliced avocado.
