CAST REMOVAL DAY This nice patient is a Greek descent and had a soft version of a Greek nose with a wide nose, a hump on the bridge of the nose and a bulbous and droopy tip. She wanted the hump reduced and the tip narrowed but she did not want too much of a change. We used ultrasonic rhinoplasty to fine-tune her features and make her nose suit her delicate face.
