Meat can be canned in a few different ways, depending on your preferences. You can do straight raw pack where you put the meat in the jars like you saw here, but don’t add liquid. It is fast and easy, but doesn’t always look appetizing. You can add water or broth, like I did here, which looks a little prettier and is still pretty easy. Or you can hot pack by cooking the meat 2/3 of the way through and then pack in jars with hot liquid. This gives the prettiest results, but takes more effort. You
