Day 42 of 100: Healthy Instant Noodle Soup 🍜This is one of my fave ways to meal prep workweek lunches and it’s especially handy if you work outside the home and don’t want to be lugging a full container of liquid in your bag! Just prep all the ingredients in a jar or container; then pour boiling water over the top when you’re ready to eat.
