👄☹️ Pyogenic granuloma starts as a small red papule that bleeds easily. ⚠️ causes include trauma, medications (such as retinoids, cetuximab, tacrolimus) & pregnancy (*usually in the mouth and resolves with childbirth)🏥😷 Surgical excision is preferred.
