Meet Zoe, 10 year old Chiweenie mix (best guess on age), a rescue from northern Arizona. She was found as a stray, living on the streets of Phoenix. After spending time at the rescue in Phoenix, she was transferred to a shelter up North, where she would have been put on the euthanasia list (E-List) had she not been adopted.
