The Magnificent Frigatebird is a large seabird that can be seen soaring along the southern United States coastline. This adult female was transported to CROW in Sanibel after concerned citizens spotted the bird in the road unable to fly. After the initial rehabilitation was complete, this patient was transferred to our center to spend time in our large flight cage prior to release.
