If you grew an abundance of garlic, this is a great way to preserve them. 🧄🧄🧄✅ Slice cloves thinly to 1/8”. Place on a single layer on racks or on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper if you are using your oven. ✅ Food Dehydrator: Set to 145 F for 6 hours or so.
