It’s easy and I screwed this up? or it’s actually more of an art than it seems? 🤔 If I were to do it again, I would do a lower temp (190 degrees) for 2-4 hours instead of the higher temp (250 degrees) for 2 hours. ALSO cut slices thicker rather than thin.
