How To Finish Your Thread With a Thread Die Tool | Lathe Lesson | Part 4

Another way of cutting threads on a lathe is with a geometric die head. This uses 4 cutters and opens when the desired thread depth is met. This tool take a a little bit to set up but once it is, you can cut repeatable threads fast and easily.
