Best loaded broccoli salad recipe: Mix 6 cups diced broccoli (or half broccoli half cauliflower), 1 diced apple, 1/3 cup diced red onion, 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese, 5 strips diced bacon (or bacon bits), 1 cup dried cranberries, 1/3 cup salted sunflower seeds. To make the dressing: 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise, zest of 1 lemon, 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1/4 tsp. Pepper, 1/4 tsp. Dry mustard.
