I work in tech, getting a 13 is your best bet. I had a 12 for awhile and had so many issues with overheating. The 13 is essentially the same as the 14 (just with a slightly lower graphics card & one hour less of play-back with the battery) IMO it’s the best iphone that’s come out in a really long time & it will last you longer than a 12.

They say unlocked because you can buy one for any carrier, but as soon as you add a SIM card to it, it’s locked to that network. After 40 days you can request an unlock (depending on carrier, the device may have to be fully paid off before they’ll unlock it).
