In the regular mode it fails at downloading installation files and in safe mode it just fails, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance. I'm using a Dell Precision 7740 and have no problem installing any other programs/apps or updates.

It installs (version 3.1.30.0) and it is announced that it can be launched but then only momentarily a blue window with the SupportAssist wrench symbol is shown.
