2023年8月9日 · I have been enjoying the TCM channel through my Sports and entertainment package. However, on Monday the TCM tv channel 33100 disappeared and so did support for the app. I can’t authenticate my account for iPhone, iPad or fire tv cube. The message is just you no longer have this service. I contacted Xfinity support staff and they said it’s TCM.

I have been able to stream espn and tcm through the roku for years; it's only in the past two weeks that Xfinity refuses to authorize the streaming. What has changed? Please fix this.

When I test this issue, I can record movies on TCM, so this issue does not seem related to restrictions. I don't watch this network often, but I don't want you to miss out on your favorites! When you have a chance try resetting all your equipment and devices.
