SHEPHERDSTOWN — The Corporation of Shepherdstown’s Town Council held its monthly meeting in Town Hall on Wednesday night. At the beginning of the meeting, the second reading of an amendment to Section 7A-110, allowing the Shepherdstown Police Department to place a financial penalty of up to $100 on those who have committed disorderly conduct, was held.

Shepherdstown opens welcome center in former library site
