2015年8月6日 · So far, the suggestions have NOT been helpful at all! I replaced my DVD drive in the off chance that it was the device. It was not. Same problem "PLEASE INSERT A DISC INTO THE DVD DRIVE" (Drive D: in my case). I uninstalled the driver which Windows 10 confirms is the latest driver (although dated 2006). I uninstalled the ATA driver.

2019年7月20日 · The DVD drive should have a recessed button if you examine it closely to open it to insert a disk. If not open File Explorer, choose This PC, right click the DVD drive to Eject. 2025年1月10日 · When I found how to do it in a help section, it just says to open the driver. Well that's my question "How to open the driver to insert a disk? A "driver" is software, you can't insert a disk into it. Do you mean the CD/DVD disk drive? There should be a button on the front of the computer next to the DVD drive, it's usually on the right side.

2025年1月10日 · It seems that your USB is having an issue. We suggest running Check Disk to find and repair errors in the USB drive. To do so, please follow the steps below: Press Windows key + X and then select Command Prompt (Admin). Copy and paste chkdsk E: /f, then hit Enter. Please use chkdsk E: command to check the integrity of your USB drive.
