If the word men is considered sexist and non-inclusive, the word guys is right beside it.

Your guys’ and your guys’s seem to both be “acceptable” (i.e. used normally by native speakers) in the greater Philadelphia area; you guys’ and you guys’s might be common elsewhere, but they sound a bit strange to me. (In Philadelphia proper, youse guys’ is probably used too!)

In a colloquial register, one often says “Hi guys”, and one uses this irrespective of the gender distribution in the group addressed. A more Southern-sounding version is “Hey y’all”. An extremely informal version is “Hello people”.

In SoCal or California in general it's still just dude. It's almost the perfect gender neutral word. Girls call each other dude, guys call girls dude. Dictionaries like to drone on about it being male, but dudette never caught on and dude has been gender neutral for like 50-60 years. –

It can mean either “What do you (being guys, not girls) think about the book?” or “What do you think about the book, guys?”. In the latter sense, I'd say it's probably audibly indistinguishable from just using you guys as the subject. –

Short Answer "See you there" and "see you then" are both fine. They are somewhere between formal English (see alternative phrases below) and informal/spoken language, where a "see you" or even "see ya/cheers/cu" might suffice.
