Welcome to Brushwood! We are a rustic campground and “Sanctuary for the Open-Mind” located in the beautiful rolling hills of Chautauqua County, New York. Brushwood is a clothing-optional campground where you can enjoy both quite camping in nature or an energetic, eclectic event.

Please fill in all the required information and click the “Submit” at the bottom of the page when your application is complete. You will receive a confirmation e-mail message when your application is received. All patrons including presenters and performers are also required to register and sign campground waivers. Welcome to Brushwood’s Sankofa Weekend and Sirius Rising Week. We are expanding our food selection for our participants. Over 150 Eclectic Workshops, nightly music performances and community fires (drumming and dancing), Labyrinth and much more. Campground features hot showers, pool, hot tub, and walking trails.

Free (designated remote) or paid parking ($30 near your campsite) passes available upon arrival. To save time at check-in, register everyone in your party by filling out the Brushwood Registration Waiver before you arrive. Sankofa Weekend immerses you in the community and experience before Sirius Rising!

Whether you are interested in a relaxing weekend in the country, or the excitement of an eclectic festival Brushwood is the place to be.

Quaint rustic cabins come with two twin or full foam mattress, platform beds & mini fridge. Bring your own bedding (e.g., sleeping bags, pillows, etc.) Flush toilets, hot showers & shared water nearby. Cots provided for children upon request. Located next to the storytelling pavilion, near the pool house with full sun.

Brushwood offers rustic, secluded, clothing optional camping on 180 mostly wooded acres near the town of Sherman in rural Chautauqua County, New York. The campground is equipped with showers, flush toilets, a swimming pool and hot tub.
