Dr Yu Jing is Scientia Senior Lecturer in School of Minerals and Energy Resources Engineering at UNSW. Her research focuses on characterising subsurface formation rocks to gain insight into the underground fluids flow behaviours, such as natural gas, oil and groundwater.

Jing Yu is an Associate Professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He obtained his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2012, under the supervision of Prof Jacob Israelachivli. Dr.

Jing Yu is currently a UW ECE affiliate assistant professor and a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Michigan. In spring 2025, she will join the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as a Grainger College of Engineering Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow.
