All German states from Brandenberg and eastward become 3 to 4 times more expensive.

The Yalta conference wont trigger an automated-scripted peace deal. It only creates the nations of West and East germany so the allies and soviet union can release them in the peace treaty, resembling the way germany was divided after the war IRL.

2018年1月1日 · Since it is an event you would use the command event [event id] [<Target Country Tag>]. I don't entirely know what the event id is but I think it is either 119 or 236 for the Yalta conference and I can't find anything for the Potsdam conference.
