If you have not enabled this I would recommend you go to the xbox app settings and set a custom install folder. This will give you access to limited modding capability as you can access this folder.

I've tried on both. It used to work on quest 2. Its like they did it in purpose. It's odd tho. The controller will pair and do basic functions like a mouse almost but when it comes to being picked up but the apk game pass or trying thru browser it wont connect. I can do it different ways going thru xbox or pc but was just trying the apk.
