The NXT Women's Championship is a women's professional wrestling championship created and promoted by the American promotion WWE. It is defended on NXT, the promotion's developmental brand. The current champion is Giulia, who is in her first reign. She won the title by defeating Roxanne Perez at NXT: New Year's Evil on January 7, 2025.

As of February 7, 2025, overall, there have been 21 reigns between 18 champions and three vacancies. Charlotte Flair, Shayna Baszler and Roxanne Perez are tied for the most reigns at two.

The future of the NXT women's landscape began to take shape on July, 24, 2013, when NXT female standouts Paige and Emma clashed in a tournament final to become the first NXT Women's Champion. Paige walked away as the inaugural champion that night, but a long line of future greats would follow.

As of February 8, 2025. Defeated Emma in the finals of an eight women tournament to become the inaugural champion. This episode aired on tape delay on July 24, 2013. JBL vacated the title, on the April 24, 2014 edition of NXT, due to Paige being WWE Divas Champion.
