We are cloistered, contemplative sisters, dedicated to the Latin Triditine Mass and are striving to live the traditional Carmelite life as laid out by Our Holy Mother St. Teresa in her Constitutions during these difficult times in the Church and the world.

This order traces its origin to the prophet Elias and his community of religious on Mount Carmel in Palestine. It has been especially favored by the Mother of God with her brown scapular given to St. Simon Stock in 1251 and her promise that this order will last till the end of time.

The Carmelite has great hope in the Sacred Heart of Jesus and in Our Lady of Mount Carmel, whose holy Habit she is privileged to wear. She lives according to the traditional Carmelite observance, endeavoring to answer with selfless devotion God’s call in these challenging times in the history of the Church and the world.
