Pumpkin & Melon = 3 or 4 layers (read more to find out why) on a 96x96 plot is infinite. There are many different ways to build a Pumpkin or Melon farm, although I recommend using the design with a full row of water at 240 speed.

That time, I got gold by like 180 cane, and ran out of farm around 3 seconds after the contest ended, so 328 speed would have reached the end before the contest ended. The good thing is: you can modify your sugar cane farm that it works for both AFKing and normal farming. Or you just build another layer. All you need is a legendary pig pet.
