2022年9月7日 · I lifted my 2013 Smart ForTwo ED Electric Drive Smart Car. I used a kit from littlebigsupply. There is still much work to do to finish. I plan to add Brush Bars, Driving lights and LED whip antennas. Maybe a Roof Rack too. It drives so much better with the higher profile tires. The speedometer is off, but I use NAV map MPH for speed.

2014年1月7日 · I've called daystar, smart madness and tire rack and haven't found an answer. I've searched this forum and have more of a clue. I figure a direct question would be the way to go. I'm wanting more ground clearance for the flooded streets typical in my neighborhood and wider tires for the hunting camp. I'm looking at the 2" lift kit from daystar.

2009年8月31日 · Well, here is a smart car lift kit that is now in production and will be available shortly. The kit is manufactured by our partner company S-Mann in Netherlands. It is designed to fit both the 450 and the 451 model smart car and will give you a raise of 3" not counting the raise you would receive if you were to install bigger wheels and tires.

2018年9月9日 · I've also planned to do a sort of "double lift" to my 451, however I've shelved the project in favour of leaving the car better suited for towing. Ideally I will finish the project, however I'll finish using a well used 2008, preferably with existing body damage.

I bought all of the parts to do a lift, plus bought one of the rare Tesla battery Smart ED struts and springs, but haven't installed any of it. In my experience, there are a few different styles Smart of off-road builds.
