The pop up keeps happening, and the sim does not appear dead to my active sim in any way. If my sim travels to the dying sims household, I see the other sim die, get reaped, and then get up alive repeatedly. The dying sim only actually dies if I swap to their household, and then the pop up about what to do with their ghost appears.

EditI'm having the same problem and it's at the point where my Sim won't stay asleep at all. I have everything except city living, fitness stuff, bowling night stuff, vintage glamour stuff and luxury party stuff. I have no mods or cc. I just got back to playing the Sims when cats & dogs came out.

I cannot skip the tasks or buy an extension until I have access to building the road to barter boardwalk. I also cannot start on any new map quests such as the new rock...

Even worse, the counter doesn't even act like the other food counters I have from other packs that would let my sim interact with it. At least if it was like the other counters and no sims was auto-manning it, I could just pay 100 bucks to get a sim to show up or I can get my own food and drink like the bistro bar counter. Please fix this.

2024年10月27日 · My sim is at work, increasing her performance, but is visible on her home lot. She is standing at the edge of the lot, completely still. I can click on items for her to interact with but they linger in cue. I assume when she is off work she will resume cue or the cue may clear itself. I attached the image of her on lot while working.

This Sim lives alone. No pets or wind chimes or music playing. Or thunder. I found the only thing that worked was to go play another Sim family then return to the original Sim. Then things seemed okay again.

Custom content can get outdated with patches. If it works when you remove your mods folder, then one or more mods/cc is no longer compatible with the game and you have to find those.
