Not much of a performance difference. A well tuned CT90 can perform right next to and can even be better than a CT110, especially if the CT110 is only of average tune.

FYI: The Shelby manifold had a design flaw. The bolt hole located between the runners for cylinders 3 and 4 snuggles very closely against the runner for cylinder #3. That hole is unfinished as it comes out of the box, and it is impossible to get a bolt in the hole. That's why there are so many unused Shelby manifolds that come up for sale on eBay.
