2004年3月14日 · I had to help a neighbor fix his tank when the baffle broke off his tank. The septic cleaning company said that the way to do it was to use a Tee and put a 16" piece of pipe facing down on one end of the tee and the line from the house on the house on the side and the open end up. Solvent welded everything and put it together and all is well.

2007年11月17日 · The bottom of that output elbow is way too deep. That deep and it will quickly get clogged by the sludge that builds up in the bottom of the tank. It should only go maybe 12" below the level of the outlet. The idea of pumping the septic tank periodically is to keep that bottom sludge layer from fouling the output elbow and the drainfield.

2004年1月21日 · I have a 1000 gal tank with three 75' leaching fields. I drive my Massey 1040 with loader and bushog on it all the time with no apparent problems. Total weight has to be 5500 lbs or more. Im not sure your system is the same construction but I dont have any problems. I try not to drive over the tank area when possible.

2019年7月7日 · Run one drain line from your sink out into some bushes that could use the water. Then build a small septic system for the toilet. While not legal anymore, using a plastic 40 gallon drum as a tank has worked for decades for a lot of people with a simple drain field of perforated pipe and gravel.

2004年4月6日 · burying manure / septic waste = a big issue as well. in distance from varying things. ===== i would say contact some local plumbers. they are the ones more likely to come out and fix broken septic lines, and like, and a larger outfit may have equipment, or know of a given company that deals with septic tanks and pumping them out.

2012年11月7日 · I haven't mowed mine with anything heavier than a 600 pound riding lawnmower, for the past 22 years, and the septic still seems health. My neighbor use to use his John Deere 790 with a 5ft wide RM mower, and had to replace his septic drain field when it was 13 years old. That 790 with the 5ft mower probably only weighed about 2000 pounds.

2011年12月29日 · I'm hoping that some of you construction or building types can advise me on my new garage. The best place to put my garage would place the slab over the line that runs from our septic tank to our leachfield. It would cover about 24 feet of the line. I would like to pour either a monolithic or floating slab in that area. Has anyone done this?
