There are a few lakes that have bathymetry maps (lake depth maps) in the Fish ON-Line web map, in the Ontario GeoHub Historic Bathymetry Map PDFs, and in local fishing books/paper maps. Add a bit for emergency if you are going into a remote area. Unless you're taking months to cross the South Pole, you don't need to worry about vitamins.
