Considering the West Side is around 1/3 Puerto Rican... but many are smaller type of establishments that might not be listed on the web. There also might be better options in Lorain. El Kefon (sp?) is a good one on Broadway in Lorain... not sure if it's around still.

PRican food doesnt involve tortillas. and is not spicy hot. corn is also not as prevalent in island cuisine. caribbean food from ex-brit islands involve more curries. They opened up a Puerto RIcan Mexican place near my apartment and the quesadillas had plantains in them. All the food was sweet and not spicy at all.
