2013年10月22日 · I have not done the final calculations on the starting SG, after the addition of the juice. I will continue to make updates as this wine starts the next phase of fermentation and aging. I hope that the addition of the juice, after the initial fermentation, will result in more pomegranate flavor in the finished wine. Only time will tell.
