2023年5月5日 · The outlook app logs in, but I want to use the iOS mail app. This is what happens. I Go to settings, Mail, accounts, add account, exchange. I choose my exchange account, put in the email address, and it just accepts it, without prompting for password or mfa pin.

The password in the Keychain admits me to a different version of Outlook, one shared with others and not my installed Outlook for Mac. The other I do not use except to pay my annual subscription to Office 365

2023年11月13日 · Same problem. Updating iOS did not work. Deleting Outlook email account from Mail and adding the account back did not work. Downloading Edge and signing into my Outlook email account did not work. I gave up and deleted my Outlook email account from Mail and downloaded the Outlook App. My outlook email account worked in that app.
