I completely understand your frustration as the responsible person in your home--I moved out to California at the age of 14 and was completely responsible for myself-- but couldn't get bank acct or credit card until I turned 18, either.

2024年1月28日 · Netspend just takes informaiton they can from anywhere and mails crap. Its junk. Theyll send you an official looking card and when you activate it is when you provide all your documentation for "truth in banking" practices. It means nothing. Just throw it out.
