For example, if I created a shortcut from my bank's web page, the icon showed up on my desktop with the bank's logo. Right now the shortcut only shows the standard "Explorer" icon. What is preventing the logo icon from showing? I checked the properties of the icon and the bank logo shows up in the top left of the properties window.

However when I launch the app the picture on the taskbar is the original icon picture (the xbox logo) and it makes it even more vexing
