(see screenshot below) Starting with Window 10 build 18298, Microsoft introduced new cursor sizes and colors to make Windows easier to see. 11 additional mouse pointer sizes were added.

2020年9月1日 · Start Menu>Settings>Devices>Mouse Window. Navigate to the top right of the Mouse Window>Adjust Mouse and Cursor Size>Change Pointer Size and Color. I think you can manage from there. I don't know what color your font is, but it is so dim that it won't translate over to a quote when I'm in dark mode (necessary for eye issues).

So these cursors will look as large as possible using current standards in Windows. In order to increase all a bit further, including the mouse pointer, use the Magnifier app on top of all.
