2014年10月1日 · Hi Farhee3 Duphaston is a progesterone supplement which is good for your pregnancy. Since yours is a twin pregnancy, higher amount of progesterone is necessary for the babies to grow. Maybe that's why the doctor has prescribed it.

2013年3月11日 · Hey Priya, even I had the same situation in 8th week. I was also put on Duphaston 10 mg till 14th week. I was also recommended immediate bed rest. I am too working but my work can be done online so I had taken work from home after 2 - 3 days of complete rest.

Duphaston 10 mg is a very small dose, however you did mention that ur also taking 100 mg of progesterone shots twice daily right? In that case I feel duphaston is enough. Susten is better if inserted, its more effective and minimal side effects.
