Temporarily disable Support Assist and see if it changes or disables "data manager". We see a lot of issues with Support Assist on the Dell support forums and my reasoning it may be part of Support Assist.

Dec 7, 2021 · The BSOD errors are caused by "dddriver64Dcsa.sys". It is Dell Diags Device Driver. Try to temporarily disable the mentioned device driver. Open Device Manager >> Expand the System Devices section, Find 'Dell Diag Control Device' >> right-click that device and choose Disable. Then see if your PC will stabilize. Let me know the result.
