2008年5月15日 · I have to say, Im currently filling a 1980 GM 12 bolt truck diff. I'm at 3 1/3 quarts and it wants more. It does have a Moser cover. The 1/3 quart was a partial so hopefully soon after I get into the next one itll be full Could not find info for stock capacity in Chiltons manual, online or on my paperwork from the place that rebuilt it.

2006年9月30日 · You can use a chevy ring and pinion in a bop rear with a sleeve kit for the pinion , BUT you must have the smaller bolt carrier BOP unit from the early 65-67 cars. 70-72 were 7/16 left hand bolts again. and in 1971 1972 Buick and olds went with a 10 bolt 8.5 rear with bolt in axles for the A-body cars.

2007年12月13日 · That particular information isn't complete so it's misleading. That block was used for 290 hp 302's and 300 & 350 hp 350's and was fitted with 4 bolt mains. It was also used for the 235 hp 327 for only a few months and only as 2 bolt main. You could make a 4 bolt 327 if you used a 4 bolt 4" bore block.

I don't think there is a 10.5" rear rotor out there with the same rotor back spacing and thickness as the mustang with a 5x4.75 bolt pattern. 2018年7月23日 · The only Chevy cars that had a 4 lug bolt pattern were ChevyII‘a and Corvair‘s. There aren’t many other vehicles that had that bolt pattern. I do have a couple of Nissan wheels that fit but I don’t know what vehicle they came off of. Early Ford Falcon and Mustang also have a 4lug bolt pattern but the bolt circle is not the same diameter.

2017年10月18日 · 8.5 10 bolt is superman without he's uniform. It's as strong as 12 bolt. I've seen people run 454 and 427 engines on 10 bolt rear end. You should be fine. Even if it couldn't handle it a fresh rebuild will solve the proplem.

2009年10月31日 · well the thing is you still have to drill YOUR block for this starter to work. The only difference is the stock starter on that Z/28 uses a long bolt and short bolt. There are starters that are straight across that use both long bolts and then the staggered pattern that uses longer bolts than the straight across one.
