All Bright listings that the seller has instructed to advertise on the internet are sent to www.brightmlshomes.com. This is Bright’s consumer website, where listings across the Bright market are available for consumers to search and view. Leads on this site go directly to the listing broker or agent, so it drives business to you, not the MLS.

Searching for Residential Sale Listings. Click the Search menu.. Click Residential Sale from under the Search By Property Type heading.

Use your Bright credentials to access the two MLS search systems. No additional login is needed. From your Bright Workspace, open the Search menu and click Search Partner MLSs. Click the logo of the MLS region you want to search to access that MLS's search system. You will be taken out of the Bright system and into the other MLS Search system.

Such a property must be submitted to Bright MLS as an Exempted Listing. During the specified period the status of a property is Coming Soon, if the Participant receives an agreement of sale (whether solicited or not), it must be presented to the Seller in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Use your Bright credentials to access the two MLS search system. No additional login is needed.

Login You will be routed to the MLS-Touch Login screen. MLS-Touch uses the same login credentials as your Bright MLS subscription account.

Note: Bright will automatically save your work every minute. While adding a listing, clicking the Back arrow inside Add or Manage Listings screen will take you back to the Manage Listings main page. You'll be given the option to Keep your work. Make sure to click to save your changes on the alert that appears. Click the Listings menu.

If you choose to click the agent's name and message the buyer's agent through Bright, the reverse prospecting email sent to the buyer's agent will include: The MLS# of your listing; A link to view the contact(s) in question. Clicking this link takes the agent to a list showing them their contacts that have received the listing.
