Anterior 2 segment plate and screws with intervertebral disc spacers at C4-C6 in keeping with recent ACDF. Alignment is normal and there is no complication of orthopedic hardware. Expected postsurgical prevertebral and lateral neck soft tissue swelling.

Lateral x-ray obtained in the post-operative period (note the presence of pre-vertebral soft tissue swelling) demonstrates a C5/6 ACDF.

C4/C5 ACDF with disc spacer in situ, alignment is maintained with no hardware complications. C5/C6 disc replacement noted. Mild anterolisthesis of C5 on C6 is stable and unchanged from the immediate post-op X-rays.
