2015年4月11日 · While I positively adore the shape and feel of the neck, the intonation of the lowest string on my Renaissance 8 has been dodgy at best, and goes sharp after initial plectrum or fingerpicking attack, i.e., "the djenty booowww" phenomenon. 2010年11月15日 · Yeah, but it's really a 6 string with two doubled strings. So it's basically a $4000 27" guitar. That's like more than $3000 for an extra 1.5". I'll pass. I'd love to see a single course 8 string production acoustic, though.

I'm thisclose to buying one of those, but being over $1000, I have to make sure I don't just do an impulse buy. I have an Agile Renaissance as my only other 8 string acoustic experience, so I'm a bit hesitant.
