2022年12月11日 · 5600x is a new enough CPU. No modern CPU will have trouble hitting 60fps in anything. If 1080p and 60fps on non-demanding games at lower graphics settings is what you want, then you can go a lot cheaper. But if the 6600 is in your budget, then go for it. It'll do 1080p 60fps for at least 5 years, maybe even 10.

The 5600x is a solid cpu, sure it doesn’t run hot, though in some cpu intensive games (tarkov, bf2042) if played in 1080p will bottleneck a 6700/6750/6800 (3070/4060ti/4070). So honestly it depend on what you’re going to pair it with, and which res do you plan to play.

2022年7月9日 · Upgrading to a budget air cooler like the Snowman T6 or Deepcool Gammaxx 400 Ex or even an AK620 would definitely be worthwhile depending on how high you want to push the CPU, the 400 Ex/Pro(Dual fan slim tower) are good for 4650mhz multicore via PBO.

in my instance, i have a 5900x with a wraith prism @ 1100rpm, the cpu is clocked at 4.25Ghz all-core at 1.00v, thing desktop idles around 45c and never goes above 65c under any load.. on a wraith prism. if i were to enable PBO or auto boost, it'd easily hit 70-90c under certain loads, but.. i've really only ever seen it hit 4.7Ghz max boost on ...

2020年11月10日 · Single thread and multi thread cpu-z benchmark of my new ryzen 5600x 6c/12t processor. Currently locked to 4.4ghz with no boost on the stock cooler. In single core, it beats even the i9 10900k. In multithread, it beats out anything with the same core/thread count.
