2015年1月21日 · I ran into this issue with Exchange 2013 and also Exchange 2016. As far as I can tell, cached credentials simply don't work with Outlook when Negotiate is offered. If the user doesn't have a Kerberos ticket, they get prompted. As web browsers can properly perform fallback, this smells like an Outlook bug, but I haven't seen any acknowledgement from MS. …
