I would not be overly concerned about buying a used LS, especially if CPO'd through the dealer. I think the Lacrosse was a great looking car, but the test drive was marginal, and the fit and finish was not up to a LS460. However, I do agree with the written comparisons to the ES350. To nvbanker: I too have been a long time Lexus fan. Prior to my current 2011 LS 460 I had a 2009 LS, 2001 LS and 1996 ES. Up until the 460 I was convinced Lexus made the best car for the money in the world. However with the 460 things have changed. I still love the styling and the technology but the engineering and assembly is now badly flawed.
