新泽西州（State of New Jersey）是美国第四小以及人口密度最高的州。其州昵称为“花园州”。美东华人亦称之为新州。新泽西通常被划分在美国的中大西洋区域，亦为东部的一个州，也可以划分为东北地区。

新泽西州一般被寬泛地分为 北澤西 （ 英语 ： North Jersey ） 、 中澤西 （ 英语 ： Central Jersey ） 、以及 南澤西 （ 英语 ： South Jersey ） 三個地理區域。北澤西和纽约市关系緊密，大部分區域是屬於紐約都會區，並有許多居民每日通勤至纽约城里工作。
