2024年1月30日 · If you have been using the Windows Mail app, you can launch it from the Windows Start menu by clicking on the Mail icon. If it ends up launching the "new Outlook", you should see the "Try...." option in the upper right. By toggling that, it will return you to the Mail app but be aware that at some point, the Mail app will permanently disappear.

2024年10月8日 · Every app connected to the Outlook email address is having major issues. In iOS 18, the mail app is activated or reached via settings-app-mail accounts. I noticed the Outlook mail received NO email. YET, entering the E-mail app via the home page shows 300 emails. None of my apps that require the Outlook email address fails.

2020年1月28日 · For some reasons, my outlook email app and its contents were reset when updates (not sure which ones) occurred. The Microsoft Edge favorite were also reset but I was able to manually restore my favorite. Outlook app was pinned to my task bar with other MS apps (Excel and Word), snipping tool, etc but they are all disappeared.

I run Desktop Classic OL with multiple maila ccounts, and the win11 Mail app (new Outlook) with the same mail accounts without issue, all on multiple devices
