2013年4月7日 · I have had Granuloma Annulare for at least 15 years. It was so bad that a kid at a pool once asked his parents if I was a leper. I recently gave up gluten to deal with some joint pain. After only 3 weeks my Granuloma Annulare is clearing up. I have been to a ton of Dr's including the chairman of the department of a local University.

It was the size of a dime and on my left ankle. It didn't bother me but it looked like ringworm. Over the next year it developed on my shins and the original spot on my ankle doubled. Several doctors and creams later, I was told it would go away by itself. Well 2years later is spread again and I was diagnosed with granuloma annulare.

Here's more proof: when I went on my mast cell stablizing medications my granuloma ring disappeared. If I get triggered badly or miss doses of medicine it comes back, as a fully formed ring.

2017年9月4日 · I suffered with Granuloma Annulare 5 years ago. It started with either small red patches on my feet to pink 'ring-worm' type rings on my arms, legs and groin area. The rings then then turned into large dark purple coloured particularly on the rear of my thighs and groin area.

2017年3月23日 · I had granuloma annulare for as long as I can remember until I went vegan, for health and ethical reasons. I remember looking at my feet, ankles, elbows, and knees one day and the stuff was gone! I never did anything different, but gave up milk, milk products, eggs, fish, meat and poultry. I'm still vegan and it's been gone for about 4 years.

2016年7月20日 · I was diagnosed with Granuloma Annulare over 10 years ago (I am 28 now). I still remember the first time I noticed the first lesion on my inner right ankle...it was extremely inflammed, tripled in size within weeks, and that was the last summer that I wore shorts. I feel like this rare disorder is taking over my life.
