There are several ways to do this: (a) right-click in the table and choose Select > Table; or (b) move the mouse over the table and click the little box of arrows that appears at the top left corner; or (c) move the cursor just above the top row so it becomes a down-pointing arrow, and drag it across all the columns.

Tabs and other formatting tools could be used if necessary, without the restrictions of the Text Box.

2023年8月18日 · DELETE [A-Za-z0-9 .,]@^13. If you want to remove the entire line including the paragraph mark, leave the Replace With box empty. To keep the paragraph mark, type ^p in that box. Click the Replace All button. That will remove every line in the document that matches the search expression.

The layout of all the figures is "top and bottom" or "square" and they all have a caption that's grouped to each figure. I would like to delete all the text in the document, leaving only the figures (with accompanying captions).

2012年7月20日 · I typed a document for work, then sent to a co-worker for approval. When she sent the document back, she had made several comments (boxes out to the side of document). When I went to make deletions of certain items within the document, it would not delete. I get next to the letter and press backspace. The cursor moves, but the letter still remains.
